Donors give without fuss. The mobile app is fine. Recurring gifts run on schedule, and year-end statements come out clean enough that we're not fixing a thousand of them in January. ChMS has real depth once you take the time to configure it. Pushpay giving data ends up in our preferred CMS system (not ChMS), which is where we actually do my reporting, so the basic plumbing into the rest of our stack works. Our team is small. When integration paths go quiet for us, it eats the week.

We requested API credentials for Giving on May 12. It is now late May. We still don't have working credentials. ChMS credentials came through, but only after our diocesan tech contact pushed for them through a separate channel, and the scopes are still being decided on the Pushpay side. We don't hear much from the assigned CSM between renewals.

A few things we cannot make sense of. There is no native scheduled email of transaction-level reports, only a daily summary roll-up. There is no public Zapier app. Webhooks exist, but they're tucked under Settings, Integrations, and we found them by accident. ChMS Custom Reports has no giving-data equivalent now that transactions all live on the Pushpay Giving side, by your own banner. The boundary between ChurchStaq and ParishStaq blurs into itself depending on which doc you read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
