Parcel Spend Management makes contract enforcement with our carriers incredibly easy. The amount of detail in the reporting is second to none. Custom reports are a feature I really appreciate because they let me create reports exactly how I want them, without any extra costs or having to rely on someone else to set them up. I wish there were an option to customize the colors used in graphs and visuals. Since our corporate team is quite particular about color schemes, I often have to recreate graphs separately just to adjust the colors before including them in PowerPoint presentations for leadership. I mostly use PSI and I love the insight it provides for my UPS invoices. I like to think that its helping me "decipher" the invoices. It's reporting and alerting capabilities are of great value right now but I feel I can get even more pertinent data with increased knowledge of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My largest complaints about PSI are:

- slowness of the new PSI UI

- inability to change the default date range for reports
