The free trial period allowed me to play around with the tool risk-free, and even with the limitations, I could tell that it was going to change my professional life forever. The tool itself is powerful, building the flows is fun, and Prowork is without a doubt the most helpful and powerful AI tool I've ever had the privilege of using. Life before Parabola involved a long, manual process, some tasks took 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Parabola gets it done in 2 minutes. That's time I get back to myself to focus on what matters most: the data analysis and our customers. The Parabola team is also incredible: a company filled with the most brilliant minds and the friendliest people. I've had the privilege of using Parabola for a year now, and I'm convinced I can't live without it. **What do you dislike about Parabola?** I have yet to find anything to dislike about Parabola. It would be great if we could see how many credits a flow would use before it runs, though! **What problems is Parabola solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary purpose is to use Parabola for address cleanup, location lookup, and overall data cleanup. Each of these tasks can take anywhere between 4 to 40 hours depending on the amount of data. But with Parabola? Our largest dataset is cleaned up in about 30 seconds! These cover everything from converting order PDFs into NetSuite orders, managing inbound container creation, and integrating Shopify and Amazon flows to handle RMAs and order processes. The platform’s flexibility and ease of building complex workflows without heavy coding have allowed us to get up and running quickly, and we are now off to the races with real-world AI automation. The Parabola team’s support has also been excellent, stepping in with dedicated engineering time when needed. **What do you dislike about Parabola?** We initially ran into a stumbling block with writing data back to NetSuite. While it took some dedicated engineering effort from the Parabola team to overcome, it did cause a delay in our deployment. Also the pricing is fair given all that can be done, we have been building and building flows and haven't gotten anywhere close to our Credit Limit! **What do you dislike about Parabola?** My only issue that hadn't been able to be solved is dealing with exported data that is over the 25MB limit for Gmail. And in many cases, it will just build the step per your written request, and the data step is moved further along. It feels like magic each time! **What do you dislike about Parabola?** It doesn't fit EVERY situation, but it's difficult to come up with an example where it can't do the same thing that a spreadsheet can and much more. It leverages automation like nothing else I've seen. But if you have a one off task, then maybe a simple spreadsheet can do for that exercise. I was an excel super-user for years, but I rarely build excel models anymore - I do everything in parabola. I can set it up with any data source: open API, email, ERP, csv, json; and once it's set up, I can refresh or email the data on any schedule I need. I save tons of time, but even more than that, my flows are running while I sleep or any time I need to get the work done. Any time there is a sensitive report to set up, I can often deploy them within an hour. Requesting the same data from devs or IT takes days or weeks. Parabola is a 24/7 employee at this point. I rarely hype up software, because so much of it is just smoke and mirrors, but Parabola is the real deal. **What do you dislike about Parabola?** I don't have many issues with the platform. I wish there was a "stop flow" feature so I could shut down the flow based on some criteria without paying for the extra steps. Longer flows can take 20-30 minutes to run when there is a lot of data.
