I like the user interface-- it is simple and easy to use. The scanner drivers themselves are quite capable and with a Fujitsu scanner, you can capture really clean images. There is a decent amount of capability with PaperStream Capture along with some good tools for basic automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PaperStream Capture is probably best suited for small to mid-sized jobs. During stress testing, I found that the software will begin to slow and choke if you run enough documents through the software at once. Additionally, we have found that there are some issues with the OMR functionality to where it doesn't quite suit our needs. That said, Ricoh has been very open and transparent about the feedback we provide them on their product and they seem to take it very seriously when developing new versions of the software.
