"Great for Cost Recovery, Challenging Setup"

What do you like best about PaperCut?

I find PaperCut incredibly valuable because it helps ensure that the costs associated with file management are fully recovered when settling a file. This feature is crucial for maintaining financial integrity by preventing any profit leakage on a file. It provides a financial safeguard that reassures me about the efficiency and thoroughness of our cost recovery processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PaperCut?

I found the implementation of PaperCut to be quite difficult and, in some cases, it bordered on a nightmare. The initial setup was not easy at all; it took many months and was problematic throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
