
Unfortunately nothing. After moving support offshore and no longer being able to talk with knowledgable Level 2 techs without going through stressful Level 1's reading from the knowledge base, I left them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of the websites on servers slowed to a crawl. The offshore support team only reads from the knowledge base, which I could already do. No real advanced support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
