We're a voice-of-customer insights company, and Amazon reviews are one of the most important data sources behind our client reports. We pull around 500 to 600 reviews every day across multiple product categories, and Pangolinfo has been remarkably stable. In the time we've used it, review collection has never let us down. No failed runs, no gaps in the data, and no scrambling the night before a client deliverable. Integration was easy too. Our engineer had the API returning clean, structured JSON on the first day, and the documentation was clear enough that we barely needed help. When we did reach out with questions about marketplace settings, the support team replied quickly and actually solved the problem instead of sending us a generic link. For someone new to the platform, the credit system feels a bit complicated at first. Different data types use different numbers of credits, so it took us a little while to work out what our daily volume would actually cost. Once we got familiar with it, it was fine and quite predictable. The website itself is also fairly basic and not the most polished experience. But honestly, for an API what matters is that the product is solid, and on that front Pangolinfo delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
