- The platform is often very slow (ie >30 seconds) to load despite fast (>200Mbps) internet connection

- There are persistent bugs in common features (eg when matching payments, if a payment type updates the tax code field this triggers an error because it doesn't automatically cascade to the amount or tax columns.)

- The automated feeds from bank accounts frequently fail and need to be manually re-established or have manual backfills

- Despite some improvements, the interface is still not so intuitive (eg when creating a supplier invoice, there's a very duplicative screen of prior invoices, and once it's created you land back at customer invoices)

- Bugs raised with support don't get actioned

- In theory, there's tight integration with The Accountancy Partnership, but in practice, not so much; accountant uses it only infrequently (eg to update at year end) and even things like monthly TAP invoices have to be re-uploaded into Pandle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pandle has cloud support which relieves storekeepers from the hassle of data loss and migration involved with on-premise solutions.

Really easy to use. Simple design and free for small businesses which is nice. You can link bank accounts with paid features but I found that downloading my bank statements and uploading them is easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be a little confusing initially especially with invoices and showing who paid what. I run a small woodworking business and have people put 1/2 down on a project so it was a little tricky to navigate how to do that at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Value for money - the free tier is amazing and will meet most needs, however at just £6 a month, the paid tier is excellent value.

There is some automation with bank feeds and "bank Rules" that automatically categorize transactions for you.

A third party provides Automatic bank feeds, and unfortunately, this does not include all banks. It would be good if this was expanded to include other payment platforms, like Go-Cardless.

Ease of moving all my bookkeeping data to pandle was very easy. There is autofeed from your bank straight there, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In first when you look the website panel is with small font. Also that to access your bookkeeping feed you have to go through the bankfeed page and click the small icon, which i had to figure out on my own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The free plan offers some of the needed tools, but in reality you must move to Pandle Pro to get the features you really will need. The current invoicing has a poor customization tool and I found this to be the most negative part of the application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a platform very easy to use, with a very pleasant interface and is deployed in the cloud, SaaS, web, so you can access it from any device or computer with Internet connection, in terms of its operation allows debtor accounting, creditors and projects, in addition to billing, bank reconciliation and management of taxes and fixed assets. Another outstanding feature is that the operating system of the program generates an alert if errors are being made when loading data and has a good tool for generating reports. There is nothing that I dislike about this program, because although it is a relatively new tool has made improvements in very short time, so I do not doubt that it will continue to expand and in the future will be able to cover more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very intuitive book keeping software, someone with little to no experience could get to grips with their book keeping for a small business. The ability to submit VAT returns within the software is also helpful. Having previously used other software on the market this is much easier to use. With a friendlier interface and excellent customer support if you do run into ay issues. The selection of reports available is excellent, profit and loss, balance sheet is all very easily accessed and can be customised to specific time periods very easily. This makes forecasting and planning for the future direction of your business very easy to do. Compared to other software on the market is extremely well priced, only £6 per month.
