What I find valuable is that it gives me a defensible log for court. Also, being able to use Pagefreezer from Chrome is awesome since it was initially a bit challenging due to security parameters with my company. **What do you dislike about WebPreserver?** In the past, I had issues with YouTube and Facebook. **What problems is WebPreserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pagefreezer solves the problem of needing to rely on a vendor for web preservation by allowing me to do it myself. ### 2. I find that it captures the social accounts to help preserve media. It's semi-easy to use and works for the most part. **What do you dislike about WebPreserver?** It takes way too long to download the preservation. And the captures stop early on Facebook, so you have to manually go to the date it stops on multiple times, which is time-consuming. **What problems is WebPreserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebPreserver captures social media accounts for clients, helping preserve media. ### 3. Especially when it will expand all the comments for you! **What do you dislike about WebPreserver?** I wish it could collect the entire page, no matter how many posts there are.
