**What do you like best about Paddl?**

Unrivalled functionality. The fact that we can store all the relevant information about our business in one AI-driven place is brilliant. Before, all of this used to be stored in my head or scattered across random Google Drive folders. Now we’re prompted about everything through one centralised calendar, which makes it much easier to stay on top of things.

**What do you dislike about Paddl?**

It's not a dislike as such but it would be great to add in some industry insights to the dashboard, maybe prompts for upcoming government policies - like 5% VAT on kids meals for summer 2026. Some of us might miss key information like this and would be good to get notified.

**What problems is Paddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff onboarding, Manager bandwidth and time saved - probably 12 hours a week we can deploy to improving customer experience. Its quick and easy to use so staff can use it with little to no training
