The Packetlabs team runs annual penetration tests on all four of our SaaS products. Their comprehensive reports and follow-up discussions ensure security vulnerabilities are identified, classified, understood, and prioritized for remediation by our Product Management team. A retest is included in our services contract, to ensure patches or new software releases have completely addressed the identified vulnerabilities. What do you like best about Packetlabs?

Every person we interacted with on the team, was kind, patient, and informative. The PacketLabs genuinely seemed interested in our product/application and helping us ensure that our application is as secure as it can be for our own customers. Isaac was very helpful reviewing his findings with us and discussing our remediation efforts in detail before we completed them ahead of our re-test. Getting the re-test completed was easy, Julia got us scheduled for a re-test as soon as we were ready and everyone on the team has communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner. If you're looking for high-quality penetration testing, PacketLabs could be the provider for you. They very clearly outline what they will be testing, how they test it and who will be testing it (and why they are qualified to test it) before you've even signed up. I didn't find that level of transparency and detail in any of the other vendors I looked at. The customer support of the whole team shows the same level of attention to detail and effort as the SOW and scoping documents.
