Then, without any meaningful warning, they charged my credit card over $200 for a renewal. I reached out the very same day, and they still refused to refund the charge. Their only solution was to offer credit for software I already determined was not worth using. That kind of policy feels incredibly unfair and anti-customer. The very first thing that I like about Pabbly Subscription is that one can use it even without a website. We can design multiple subscription plans within the tool itself. It is capable of keeping a list of customers and also classifying them as paid or unpaid. It has a neat and informative dashboard that shows all the details, such as how many total customers are there, the total collected amount, separate numbers for recurring and one-time payments, refunds, numbers of canceled subscriptions, and many more useful numbers. This subscription service significantly fulfills the need of our organization. Where its competitors such as Zapier and Zoho are charging a lot it is very reasonable. Its interface and dashboard are neat, well-organized and easy to understand. Forms are easy to use. One can design a subscription page with an inbuilt designer and it allows users to create multiple subscription plans. There isn't any temporary deactivation kind of feature available to temporarily deactivate the forms. In case anyone wants to temporarily pause form submissions, one simply cannot do that.
