Since a lot of collaboration tools are available within this suite, it makes managing complex tasks simple. We can see and get complete project insights through Kanban Board and Gantt Charts. Also, organizations use this product for efficient resource management. **What do you dislike about P2ware Suite?** It does not have the time and expense management feature that most of its rivals provide such as JIRA. It still lacks a Portfolio management feature that organizations can take benefit from but they are on it to launch it pretty soon. **What problems is P2ware Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. We are using it to implement and track all our Agile Software Development projects 2. We are also using it for employee onboarding. offboarding and resource management 3. We are using it for efficient budget management and cost-to-completion tracking ### 2. It helps you analyze costing, budgeting, work loads, manage risks, planning etc which ultimately helps you in project management. **What do you dislike about P2ware Suite?** Its interface is a bit tricky; one needs to have good knowledge to understand the options and manage the project. Also, sometimes it gets difficult to extract data and logs integrated to other plans and table summaries. **What problems is P2ware Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** P2ware Suite has helped me in project management, including planning and costing,analyzing risks,scope and time management. I could manage the projects much easier with the logs which can be integrated with other plans, graphs, charts, tables etc. ### 3. The ability to refer to templates for Gantt charts and Resource Management is helpful. In comparison to other softwares, it is easy to understand and utilize product features. Quick access to multiple templates combined with the ability to import and export diagrams in multiple formats makes it easier for the user to plug in the P2ware suite output in any deliverable. On-board replication tools come in handy for finishing and structuring complex flow diagrams. **What do you dislike about P2ware Suite?** There is a lack of sufficient training material for someone wanting to master the P2ware suite. The use of intuitive UI/UX elements can boost user productivity on the software. The use of flat and clustered design elements give the P2Ware suite a traditional software feel. In my opinion, the access tool bar can be made floating or as per user preference to further be able to customize the P2ware suite. Users would also have liked the option to colour theme the software. **Recommendations to others considering P2ware Suite:** Refer the available training material for utilising all product features of P2ware Suite. One should not skip the product walkthrough feature and try to custom-build the product for driving and sustaining enhanced productivity. **What problems is P2ware Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used P2Ware software for tracking department-wise income and expenses. It helped us drive our steerco meetings with finance and save sufficient time for all involved. We have also utilized the P2Ware suite to prepare Gantt charts for our project timelines and build out product flow diagrams for CXO level meetings. It is best suited for running a PMO as it has helped with issue tracking, taking snapshots and maintaining a daily activity and progress log. We have created many driving documents and used them as project deliverables in multiple project scenarios. ### 5. Seems to provide a rich set of export options, this again depends on your evaluation. **What do you dislike about P2ware Suite?** no evaluation version is available for mac users.
