You can see your colleagues on your screen, whether they are busy, free, who they are talking with as if you were in a real office, and you can approach with ease and have a quick chat, or you can jump into a meeting room as if you were in a real office. It makes the overall communication experience a lot richer while working remotely. **What do you dislike about oVice?** Sometimes I have a poor experience using the meeting room with the camera on. I get kicked out of the browser and need to log back. Maybe it's a weak wifi connection issue on my end, not the product, not sure, but other than that - I am pretty satisfied with the overall user experience. **What problems is oVice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It serves as my daily workspace, where I collaborate with my colleagues, partners, and customers. You will see it when you use it. But to give you more context, it feels as if you were working and collaborating in the same space except meeting with them virtually and accessing from different parts of the world - different timezones, different countries. So basically, you feel like there are no boundaries to this space. ### 2. When we started using ovice we were surprised that we could simulate real-life work interactions by moving our avatars nearby each other to "shoulder tap" and initiate casual chats and host meetings/events all in our oVice Digital HQ. As a manager I could see that productivity and speed of output significantly increased since we could all work synchronously and I also loved that it's easy to grab context of other people's statuses without having to reach out to them directly. We tried out a similar tool called Gather too which had a lot of fun features but it just seemed too "gamey" and inappropriate for maintaining a professional work environment. Ovice also seems to be unique as they've been creating new features that can be used in the hybrid context so that we can connect more easily whether some members are remote or in the office. So glad we're on ovice now as it's really changed all our work lives for the better! **What do you dislike about oVice?** The UI seemed a bit outdated for awhile but I'm happy that recently it seems they've been making lots of rapid improvements with both the UI and new useful features. **What problems is oVice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote work and hybrid work is here to stay but there are still a lot of kinks that make it inefficient with just chat/email and Zoom. Ovice provides our team with a infrastructure that boosts work productivity while keeping us connected no matter where we are - online or in the office. Monitoring and managing teams, enabling synchronous work and communication to increase productivity, keeping the team social and motivated - both our management and staff are much happier and we are seeing a reduction in "remote work fatigue" ### 3. The feature-rich yet easy-to-understand Ui also provides equal accessibility regardless of user literacy. Emoji reactions and a variety of fun office design templates are backed by a background in gaming and manga culture unique to Japanese companies, and will bring a sense of dynamism to the team. **What do you dislike about oVice?** The mobile experience will need to be richer. I think that is very important, especially in a hybrid experience with office attendance. We expect a communication experience that is differentiated from other web conferencing and chat tools, and that works seamlessly with the communication realities that are unique to virtual office services. **What problems is oVice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Three challenges and benefits of hybrid work (1) Confusion and inefficiency caused by the proliferation of communication tools, and the need to visualize the status of team members, and to enable smarter communication through casual communication. It's so easy and quick. It doesn't matter where I am and where they are. I can contact my supervisor or even CxO members with a short effort. **What do you dislike about oVice?** When someone is out of ovice, we have trouble finding the best way to reach them for now. It might differ for each staff, so I need to be familiar with what kind of communication methods are in my company other than ovice. **What problems is oVice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminated all the commuting time in my company. That made at least three times of time slots for us to cover the customer meetings than before. I believe other sectors are having variety of benefits in each section. ### 6. I don't know the visibility of the message I sent. Is it something every one can see? Another one is I want to express my status. I can manage teatime ( happy hour) better than at the office. What I like the best are the meeting room and meeting object. **What do you dislike about oVice?** Maybe to add some improvement to the chat function. And some improvement on the avatar, making the user able to have more choice to choose professional avatar. **What problems is oVice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication problem time-saving and quietness. So high concentration. At the office, there is a lot of distraction., people come and go, talk on same time. So I waste a lot of time. But thank's to this service I was able to solve this issue.
