It brings the real-life office atmosphere into a virtual workspace. You can see your colleagues on your screen, whether they are busy, free, who they are talking with as if you were in a real office, and you can approach with ease and have a quick chat, or you can jump into a meeting room as if you were in a real office. Sometimes I have a poor experience using the meeting room with the camera on. I get kicked out of the browser and need to log back. Maybe it's a weak wifi connection issue on my end, not the product, not sure, but other than that - I am pretty satisfied with the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our hybrid team is located in different parts of the world but working with and managing our team, I 've always felt this sense of being disconnected from the team and that our work communication was very inefficient with slow chat/email back and forths and tiring video calls.

When we started using ovice we were surprised that we could simulate real-life work interactions by moving our avatars nearby each other to "shoulder tap" and initiate casual chats and host meetings/events all in our oVice Digital HQ. As a manager I could see that productivity and speed of output significantly increased since we could all work synchronously and I also loved that it's easy to grab context of other people's statuses without having to reach out to them directly.

We tried out a similar tool called Gather too which had a lot of fun features but it just seemed too "gamey" and inappropriate for maintaining a professional work environment. Ovice also seems to be unique as they've been creating new features that can be used in the hybrid context so that we can connect more easily whether some members are remote or in the office. The UI seemed a bit outdated for awhile but I'm happy that recently it seems they've been making lots of rapid improvements with both the UI and new useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature-rich yet easy-to-understand Ui also provides equal accessibility regardless of user literacy.

The mobile experience will need to be richer. I think that is very important, especially in a hybrid experience with office attendance. We expect a communication experience that is differentiated from other web conferencing and chat tools, and that works seamlessly with the communication realities that are unique to virtual office services. When someone is out of ovice, we have trouble finding the best way to reach them for now. It might differ for each staff, so I need to be familiar with what kind of communication methods are in my company other than ovice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to connect with my colleagues from anywhere. oVice makes my life with my family more important and allows me to continue my career.

Chat could be improved. I don't know the visibility of the message I sent. Is it something every one can see?
