And as they have the tagline, which says "10 minutes to deploy garuntee," which is very easy while implementing the SPF and DNS for the verification and starting to send the messages. And I have been using this tool from last 6 months. **What do you dislike about OutboundSMTP?** The thing from which I got a bit disappointed with the customer support team, as they are a bit slow for providing the solution of our problem. **What problems is OutboundSMTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was searching for a tool that can help me do some outbound work to generate some potential leads for my agency. And it has an attractive and affordable price, which gets my attention. ### 3. Its not impressive. Their service perfectly aligns with all my requirements. Its User interface is very difficult to use. **What do you dislike about OutboundSMTP?** OutboundSMTP needed to improve is by providing a audit log feature. This is not able to ensure email authenticity and enable tracking of the delivery process. There have been some difficulties related to server DNS issues, which have caused delays in scheduling and delivering SMTP. They claim email deliverability the technical support for resolving issues falls short of expectations. **What problems is OutboundSMTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer support team lacks expertise for non IT professionals like myself. Benefits: I solved my problem with some non-delivered e-mails (with the previous provider), excellent Duocircle's IP reputation, configuration in modern / advanced security outbound techniques, such as DKIM / SPF (which also I didn't have with my previous provider - possibly the cause of non-delivered emails), and finally, a lower price ### 10.
