You don't have to be an AI expert to create an AI model. Even integration with your own backend systems is relatively easy compared to other products. Not only NLP topics are possible but also the intelligent recognition of documents. This makes use cases around process automation possible. For example, the automation of goods receipt postings. **What do you dislike about Otera Studio?** Some functions are still buggy from time to time. But after a hint the errors are fixed within the shortest time and are fully available. I think this is normal for a startup :-) **What problems is Otera Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatic processing of tenders. Process automation around documents such as delivery bills, invoices, etc. ### 3. If you want to delete all categories, you have to do it one by one for example. **What problems is Otera Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are categorizing open-ended responses in our surveys.
