Orgma Reviews & Product Details

Orgma is training records and site quality software for construction, care, warehouse and any other regulated site-based businesses. Orgma Shared is an online workspace for staff inductions, training records and certificate evidence. Upload photos or PDFs of certificates, or import an existing Excel matrix/tracker, and Orgma reads the person, qualification and dates for you to check before confirming. Records and the original evidence are kept together in an online training tracker that shows missing training and approaching or expired dates against role requirements. New starters complete an induction before they arrive on site, and approved records are added to the matrix. Employees and subcontractors can be grouped by company and the matrix exported for audits and client requests. It supports CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, IPAF, PASMA, SMSTS, SSSTS, GWO, first aid and any other workplace training. Orgma Quality manages construction inspections, outstanding actions and project evidence. Orgma Local is a Windows application for training records. A free plan is available.
