We are just signing up with OrgChart Now. I only have one hang-up on the application. We were doing everything manually. which caused errors that we couldn't have due to where our org chart was being submitted to. For eg saving charts in real time as they are being worked on, you dont have to worry about losing your work. I want to say a special thanks to Matt today, who saved the day with helping me out with an issue. I also working with Francois, Ryan, Andre, Steve and others. All information automatically feeds over to the org chart along with updates, new hires and terms. It also interfaces with our ATS, Lever, to pull in our open requisitions. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** It is nice to have customization options, but it can be a bit challenging to navigate if you need to make edits to the setup. It works best when you can set it up and leave it alone.
