Orgacha Reviews & Product Details

Orgacha is a workplace communication and employee engagement platform that brings company updates, conversations, training, recognition and rewards into one place. It is designed for organisations that want an accessible, familiar way to connect their workforce, including frontline, shift-based and multi-location teams. The platform combines an internal social feed with direct messaging, announcements, comments and reactions. Employees can share updates and take part in workplace conversations, while organisations can make important information easier to find. Its social-style interface is intended to support everyday participation, including employees who do not have a company email address or regularly work at a desk. Beyond communication, Orgacha includes clubs, events and training, helping organisations create opportunities for learning and connection. An offers and rewards hub brings staff benefits together. On eligible plans, house competitions and leaderboards add friendly competition to workplace activities. Organisation administrators and owners can access reporting for their own organisation, with basic analytics or advanced dashboards depending on the subscription. Role-based permissions and organisation and venue controls govern access to workplace information. Internal colleague profiles help employees discover co-workers, with controls for optional profile information and contact sharing. Orgacha offers Basic, Premium and Enterprise plans. Basic includes the core communication, clubs, events, training and rewards features. Premium adds house competitions, advanced analytics, priority support with live chat, and additional venues. Enterprise supports more complex organisational structures, including nested venues, with pricing and service scope agreed in contract. Orgacha is delivered through the web and can be accessed on desktop and mobile devices. It is built for employers seeking a shared space for internal communication, employee recognition, learning and workplace culture, with features that employees can use throughout their working day.
