Ordiva is a workflow orchestration and compliance tracking platform (SaaS). It solves the problem that organizations do work every day but cannot reliably prove it. Core capabilities: Define and manage compliance workflows with clear steps, owners, and requirements Track case execution and evidence collection Generate audit trails and reports Role-based assignments with SLA tracking Two operating modes: Evidence Only Mode (default) — Ordiva does NOT store your documents. Users provide references to documents and attest to their existence. Ordiva records attestations and audit trails only. Documents stay where they are. Document Custody Mode (opt-in), Ordiva stores, manages, and maintains legal custody of uploaded documents with encryption, retention policies, and chain-of-custody tracking.
