**What do you like best about Oracle Standalone Cobrowse?**

I like the variety of security levels it provides to the agents. For example, users can have variety of controls such as view only, view and point, or full control as well according to the specific requirements. Customers can end the session anytime as well.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Standalone Cobrowse?**

The support it provides is bit compare to the price you are paying for it. Initially it is not a "Value for money" product. Sometimes it lags inbetween session as well which leads to bad customer experience. The chances of it happening again and again is pretty slim though.

**What problems is Oracle Standalone Cobrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps providing quick resolution to customer's issues without them leaving their home. This leads to better customer satisfaction and experience enhancement. Most of the time the issue which customer is face is easy to solve once the agent provides guidance over the standalone cobrowse session, this helps agents in saving time and energy to deal with more complex customer issues. Hence saves lots of manpower as well as customer's time.

Standalone Cobrowse helps you deliver an optimal customer experience. Agents can quickly launch secure, private screen sharing sessions—on any device—to give customers personalized, efficient assistance.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Standalone Cobrowse?**

At the moment this is working very well. We don't have any dislikes. The Price is High though

Increase customer satisfaction, which improves the overall customer experience.
Reduce call-handling time.
Boost first-call resolution rates.
Provide customers with the self-service functionality they want and increase usage rate.

Immediate visibility of our customers screen in real time as we help them solve any issues

**What do you dislike about Oracle Standalone Cobrowse?**

At the moment this is working very well. We don’t have any dislikes. The cost could be a little cheaper but we wanted the best on the market 

**What problems is Oracle Standalone Cobrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly help employees with solving queries they have on our new CRM system. We can also run training workshops in real time and coach individuals to run and maintain their own sales pipelines.
