I like the variety of security levels it provides to the agents. For example, users can have variety of controls such as view only, view and point, or full control as well according to the specific requirements. Customers can end the session anytime as well. What do you dislike about Oracle Standalone Cobrowse?

The support it provides is bit compare to the price you are paying for it. Initially it is not a "Value for money" product. Sometimes it lags inbetween session as well which leads to bad customer experience. The chances of it happening again and again is pretty slim though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
