Deal registration, program and referral management with enrollment options is good to work wth. **What do you dislike about Oracle Partner Relationship Management?** The interface is a bit orthodox when compared to SalesForce, Microsoft or some other vendors but not a deal breaker at all. The support responsiveness also could have been slightly better. **What problems is Oracle Partner Relationship Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives complete visibility and tracking to deal registrations and the assigned partner to it which allows visibility to all organizational hierarchies and ultimately reduces the partner conflicts. Pricing and partner funds can also be managed better saving lots of manual reports and data. ### 2. The navigation of different options took less time to find during the first time using. **What do you dislike about Oracle Partner Relationship Management?** I dislike the amount of time it takes to export any information into a spreadsheet. Every single time I have attempted this, it takes well over ten minutes and I end up having to export as CVS to get it to work. I have cleared out my cache and cookies and I only use firefox, but I still experience a lag. **What problems is Oracle Partner Relationship Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using oracle to pull several reports for our business. We can pull a withdrawn report showing the students that have withdrawn, staff reporting, and other school related information. I have noticed several more options in this program that we can access to help us be more efficient. ### 8.
