The Netsuite team was horrendous at implementing the system and getting it up and running. They are a fantastic sales organization, but once you sign, everything begins to fall apart. After that, it feels like all they care about is sending the quarterly invoices, regardless of whether the system has ever worked properly. **What do you dislike about Oracle Netsuite Analytics?** They do a truly horrendous job with implementation and support. There’s almost no one available to talk to when you need to resolve issues. It feels like all they care about is upselling you on additional modules before you even have the core product working reliably.
