There are lot of customizable options for users and for IT team. Collaboration with other products are working great. We are happy with compliance part after started using this. **What do you dislike about Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management?** The initial setup was very complex and users found difficult to understand during migration phase. Better user training videos on public platforms like youtube will be much helpful. **What problems is Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** After using Hyperion, we had better data integrity. The scheduling piece is my favorite. We have used kronos and other systems before and this one tops them all with minimizing clicks during the process. I like how there is a button for everything you upload and you just have to drag and click and it does all of the work. If you want a system that is quick and user friendly this one is it! Made my life so much easier with putting reports together instead of having to have 4 tabs open at once and having to always go back and forth. **What do you dislike about Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management?** At some points it does lag when all the reports are coming together and that is very frustrating. The last management system we used never lagged when analyzing the reports. I'm hoping once an update comes it won't continue to do that. Other than that the interface is extremely user friendly and quick. **What problems is Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to have 4 tabs open at once. Once you upload all the files you need it neatly puts them together all in one spot. The scheduling portion of it is so user friendly and cuts down on the amount of clicks you have to do to get something done. ### 5. The drill down functionality is the best It provides full control over the data once it is extracted from your ERP system. The speed at which it does aggregations and drill down is the most amazing magic ever. Having the ability to perform everything within excel through the add-ins is most economical and efficient. We also use it to report our final numbers to the group level. One system that provides us ability to do reporting, consolidation, analysis, what-if scenario, planning and budgeting - it's amazing. It has been a huge time saver. It's really cost effective to invest in full Hyperion suite to manage everything for Financial reporting.
