Implementation is quick & easy after the initial learning tutorials. Exalogic provides a complete hardware/virtualization solution in a single product. One thing I dislike about Exalogic is the higher cost of implementation. Apart from this, I don't have anything to dislike about the product. The first thing I would like to talk about is Private Cloud; in the virtual configuration, you can create several accounts & assign different resources, such as vCPU, RAM, etc, to other accounts. Oracle Exalogic can be connected with Oracle Exadata using Infiniband Fabric, which uses high bandwidth and low latency networks to connect Weblogic to Oracle Database.
