When you have serious technical problem you get whatever entry technician is available. You never get assigned a dedicated technician even with paid premium support. We have been dealing with a DDOS issue for over a month without resolve. Very bad support. We have been a client for over 11 years and can't get a manager to address our issue. Very disappointed.
