Oracle Eloqua is a complete product where you can host your site with no limitation, Capture potential leads, Segment with business attributes, and Send Emails to create more demand. Its a complete package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has to catch up with the trend. Right now Marketing is not limited to Emails alone. They need more features like whatsapp marketing. Persona based marketing. It lacks the AI and ML features in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything - email builder, segment, program canvas, campaign canvas, lookup tables, picklists, update rules, landing pages, forms. You name it, I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have heard about it it's not as good as some of its competitors like Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but not having used those I am not sure about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eloqua provides a lot of functionalities out of the box which helps us automate our marketing journies and generate high-quality leads by rigorous nurturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although, Eloqua is a great platform but still some great features are missing out from it which can make it a even better version considering its end to end functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle should work on Browser specific issues.

Everything just works without the need of an army of developers to build and connect the various components needed in a successful multitouch campaign. I have used all of the top B2B Marketing automation platforms and this takes the cake. It truly has a well thought out and intuitive flow from creating segments and working with includes vs excludes, building out your email templates, landing pages and then there are the forms - the powerhouse of automation within... then you have the campaign canvas that ties in all of the workflows to whatever your marketers little heart desires. Things are easy to fix and move around and very visual for troubleshooting when things don't go as planned. The learning curve is short. I can get a user who has never touched any marketing automation tool sending out communications within an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bean counters in oracle thought they could get away with charging for education... so the talent pool is shallow, people either know it very well or just on the surface. They really should give their training for free. Even after 10 years of using the tool I am continuously learning new tricks... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy-to-use platform that you can link with others and makes your life easier. It increases productivity when the processes are correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there is anything I dislike, maybe it could look a little more modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily target audience via multiple channels, email builder and campaign monitor; data representation is easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as compared to their needs to improve some template builders and report customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Oracle Eloqua is widely becoming a market leader in marketing nowadays. We have been using this for more than two years and never got disappointed. We can easily target audiences from multiple channels. The language support is a win-win situation for Oracle Eloqua as none of their competitors are supporting a vast library of languages. The most important use of Oracle Eloqua is its automation abilities; the whole process can be easily minimized using its automated functions. Email creation is super-duper easy and a lot of complicated functions can be done quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest disadvantage of Eloqua is it’s not easy to learn for someone who is not an IT expert. It takes me like six months to fully teach them to my workers and adaptation to Eloqua also takes time as we were using something else before using Eloqua. The interface and UI is very much boring; it should be more attractive and smooth in design. Other than this, I didn’t have any problems with Eloqua. They really need to improve in these areas.
