It's slow compared to other ERP systems used in the past but it does the job. Its multiple and simple queries allow reports to be prepared with little data while the report is being created, enabling better implementation. It is a very intuitive application that, compared to its competitors, offers us a wide variety of tools and ways to visualize data. **What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?** Like everything good in the world, it is expensive, and since it is a tool that comes bundled with multiple necessary tools from the Oracle cloud, the cost is usually very high. Its interface can be modified and modernized. Also it supports an extensive range of data sources likely flat files, SaaS apps, files stored in cloud vaults and on-premises data. **What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?** OAC is an expensive tool to begin with, especially for small scale businesses as compared to its competition namely Power BI & Tableau. OAC has its own community ecosystem but compared to Power BI & Tableau, OAC's ecosystem is smaller and restricted to certain things. User interface can be improved but as of now it looks less modern. **What problems is Oracle Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** OAC helps you to give a holistic view of volume patterns that arrive in our queue. It gives real time updates as to which individual in my team is working on which tasks on a real-time basis. Exporting data on excel in just few seconds is a huge advantage for us.
