The users are continuing to go through the process of testing their OBIEE queries against what is in OAC. There are some minor formatting errors for columns that we are fixing for the users that will allow them to see the reports in the manner they did in OBIEE. I felt nothing on performace lag on analysis and data base side as well. Along with developer users can also build analysis reports as it's UI is user friendly no much technical knowledge is required for a simple analysis to build. **What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?** Getting data from Fusion is a little hassle; currently we are using ATP (Autonomous Transaction Process) and Data sync to get the fusion data, using this ATP DB to build a custom query. There are other ways, but in our project we are following this process and we are yet to discover on the other options. ADW, BICC are there but for a beginner it's little complex. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Analytics Cloud:** OAC is a great tool to utilise, get yourself undergo few traning sessions before starting to understand and make use of the features effecienly. **What problems is Oracle Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using OTBI/BI, we were not able to build a custom report where we were getting data from VBCS application for that we used a ATP DB where the VBCS data is inserted and using this data and data from Fusion through datasync in ATP we built custom queries for our analysis. These queries are used in the OAC to create custom subject area and business modeling. This way our issue of merging fusion n VBCS data is resolved. ### 5. It's a very reactive model and constantly have to follow up with them. To submit an SR have to fill out long questionnaires answering questions that Oracle should already have on record. From a product perspective, can't grant other admin users access to my data flows. The Home Screen is hard for end users to sign into and understand. Still have to use the RPD to create a governed data model but it is rather archaic. I believe Oracle is working on another option though so that's good news. I would love to only use the DV interface for building executive reporting, but currently there are still some feature gaps which doesn't allow for this transition. Entering information on each item takes so long to load, and I can't go from one item to the next, every time I save something it takes my back to the original home page, so I have to navigate back to the report, then to the next item. On reports with many items it is very time consuming because there is no indication from the report menu which items have been completed. There is also no way to align invoice numbers with the charges reflected on the report - when items transfer from banking they have no identifiers to let me know which item goes to which invoice. Sankey diagrams are an option to use, but they are not available.
