The user interface and app performance are good. Team and customer interactions are easier with VOIP and easy to monitor.

**What do you dislike about Opus Cloud Telephony?**

Echo and lag sometimes which is very upsetting during an important call.

Team, Vendor and customer interactions. Easier to call and interact.

Offering a complete solution for all telecommunication demands is what Opus does best.

By offering the greatest telecommunication services, it aids in establishing connections between customers and suppliers.
They employ top-notch technology to manage calls, monitor them, and offer customer care support to its consumers in case of problems.

**What do you dislike about Opus Cloud Telephony?**

Occasionally, echo and lag can be extremely unpleasant during a crucial call.
Call hangs up.
a connectivity issue.
not user-friendly.

The best thing about Opus is providing end to end solution to all telecommunication needs.
It helps establish connection between customers and suppliers by provide best telephony services.
They have the best class technology to handle calls,monitor them provide customer care support in case of issues to its users.
Users can contact each other in real time environment through their fast speed network solutions

**What do you dislike about Opus Cloud Telephony?**

Only thing is when the network gets down your work gets hampered for a fraction of seconds, rest all is a  seamless integration of applications

Connectivity problem.
No ease of use.

1) Time to connect can be higher during peak business hours
2) Voice lag at times
3) Occasional echo during group calls
