Our teams like the designation import and export features in particular, though there are many helpful features. I find it easy to navigate and our teams find it easy to build their case on their own without a lot of admin help. When we have any issues the customer support is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Opus 2?** Sometimes we have back end issues when creating custom fields, but the customer services helps us get those fixed. **What problems is Opus 2 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Case organization and colloboration issues. It enables teams to cut down on the time it takes to prepare for trial. ### 3.
