Optivaa Reviews & Product Details

Optivaa is an AI operating layer for dental practices that works with your existing practice management software—no migration required. Rather than replacing systems like Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, Denticon, CareStack, and other leading practice management platforms, Optivaa securely integrates with them to bring AI-powered automation and patient engagement into your existing workflow. Optivaa transforms your current practice management system into an intelligent, always-on virtual front desk. It automates appointment scheduling, AI phone calls, SMS and email communication, appointment reminders, confirmations, recalls, patient follow-ups, and other administrative workflows—all while keeping your existing software as the single source of truth. Because Optivaa operates as an intelligent layer above your existing PMS, dental practices can adopt powerful AI capabilities without disrupting daily operations, retraining staff on a new system, or migrating years of patient data. Whether managing a single clinic or a multi-location dental organization, Optivaa helps practices reduce administrative workload, improve patient responsiveness, minimize no-shows, and increase appointment utilization through seamless AI-driven automation.
