Operator Reviews & Product Details

Operator is software for HVAC and home service companies that helps turn more website visitors and incoming leads into booked jobs. The platform brings lead capture, online price estimates, customer follow-up, CRM, forms, and business forecasting into one system. HVAC contractors can use Operator to give homeowners instant repair or replacement estimates, collect lead information, manage customer conversations, and follow up with prospects who have not booked yet. Operator also connects with tools many contractors already use, including ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro, so teams can add new lead generation and conversion tools without rebuilding their existing workflow. One of Operator’s main features is the HVAC Price Estimator. Contractors can add it to their website and let homeowners answer a few questions to receive an estimated price range. This helps companies capture more high-intent leads and gives customers useful pricing information before they call or request an appointment. Operator also includes a simple CRM and form builder for managing leads and collecting customer information. Automated follow-ups help contractors stay in touch with leads after the first interaction and reduce the number of opportunities that go cold. For planning, Operator includes a prediction engine designed to help HVAC companies understand future demand, capacity, and marketing needs. Owners can use this information to make better decisions about staffing, lead volume, and marketing spend. Operator is built for HVAC contractors and other home service businesses that want a simpler way to manage lead generation, sales follow-up, customer data, and growth. Instead of adding another disconnected tool, Operator brings the core parts of the lead-to-booking process into one platform.
