It helps to accelerate automated patch delivery in a sequential manner (controlled by Requirements set) to help patch around 20,000 endpoints within 8 month period in the year 2018. These endpoints were not being fully patched since 2015 till 2020. **What do you dislike about OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management?** The Management UI is not modern. I hope the new release has better UI for management and Dashboards **Recommendations to others considering OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management:** One thing unique is that it's a standalone Patch Management solution, whereas other brands offer Patch Management as part of their Endpoint Management solution, you cannot decouple them. Agent foot print is still consider heavy compare to other solutions. Unable to monitor live patching status during job execution. If the solution able to highlight high risk device base on number of critical not patch it will be good **Recommendations to others considering OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management:** Required moderate knowledge to implement, need training **What problems is OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved Windows Patching issue, it has been a headache issue to support various windows platform patching as I have short and limited timeframe for maintenance window. Small team but need to maintain large amount of Windows Workstation and Windows Desktop Fixing windows loophole without lots of monitoring and manual intervention, therefore I no longer have "I forgot to patch" issue User cannot keep postpone or cancel the patch because the action is now carry out in background slowly during working hours, all they need to do is make sure constantly reboot Flexible scheduler allow me to pre-deliver payload to user during off peak time, and then execute patching action based on my need Greatly reduce manpower in windows patching activity, I'm able to relocate team to perform other maintenance task ### 4. Technical support is helpful. **What do you dislike about OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management?** The software has many bugs and is constantly freezing. It also works poorly with our VPN network. The updates that are sent out don’t help with these issues. **What problems is OpenText ZENworks Endpoint Software Patch Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZenWorks Patch Management is cloud based which helps with the rollout of having it on all our computers and devices. The benefits are the cloud as well as its functionality with Comfigutation and Management (the entire suite.)
