**What do you like best about OpenSRS?**

We are new to working with Open srs however our account manager Derek has been with us form the start, which is almost 2 years ago, and has never faulted to get back to us and help us at every stage of the way.

**What do you dislike about OpenSRS?**

At the moment there is nothing to dislike about Derek.

**Recommendations to others considering OpenSRS:**

Open SRS are very helpful, my recommendation would be to set out a road map of features that you are looking to implement and then add these in phases.

**What problems is OpenSRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retailing domains and mailboxes to our clients.
