What do you like best about Opensend?

I've brought Opensend into two different companies I've worked with and tested them against two of their competitors throughout that time, and they always net out to be the best option on the market for resolving unknown website identities and extending the cookies for abandon flows on known identities. What do you dislike about Opensend?

All platforms seem to struggle with this, but I wish there was stricter attribution metrics on the Opensend dashboard. When reporting on revenue generated from Opensend, the numbers are definitely elevated. What do you like best about Opensend?

I really love the integration with Opensend. It's super easy and makes it simple to deploy in a matter of minutes. We use it in conjunction with Klaviyo to reengage users via email, and the process is also super easy. The users we identify through Opensend are engaged, and their data seems spot on. What do you dislike about Opensend?

What could be improved is their analytics on their site to get a little bit more clarity and visibility into what's working. Also, the way to handle suppression of users that don't wanna receive emails from us could be a little bit more clear. We have created internal processes of our own as we interacted with Opensend, but it would have been nice to have some best practices on how to maximize Opensend while not harming our deliverability. What do you like best about Opensend?

I like how complete the Opensend dashboard is; it looks very crisp and is easy to follow. I really appreciate the white glove support team because they set up everything and communicate a lot, coming up with insights and ensuring the flows work okay. They're very hands-on. I like that we can track everything pretty accurately on Klaviyo and the Opensend dashboard, and the numbers match. I also like that there are always new things being published on Opensend and that it's very granular, allowing us to choose how many people we want and set conditions, which is something many identity resolution software doesn't provide. That's pretty good. The credit system is straightforward and easy to understand, and you can choose how engaged people need to be. The dashboard makes it really easy to track how lists are performing without having to split every campaign or flow on Klaviyo, saving a lot of time. What do you dislike about Opensend?

Some things that could be improved. I'd like to see more analytic features on the dashboard itself, like life cycle, churn risk, and everything. I like the revive program to be able to identify a little bit more people. And, for it to be automated without having to upload lists manually. I really appreciated the customer support from Opensend. It would have been challenging to get it set up without them. The steps to get it onto a platform that doesn't have native Opensend integrations were a bit confusing, and they made it easy. The initial setup of Opensend was also easy. What do you like best about Opensend?

We are able to market to visitors to our site in a meaningful and engaging way. Once we receive an "identity," we can share our welcome series with them and share more about our product. It's simple and easy to use and works as a great funnel to capture visitors who we send to our site from our Google and Meta ads. It seamlessly integrated with Klaviyo, and the dashboard is easy to use. We had a great onboarding team, who made it simple to set up. What do you like best about Opensend?

I like Opensend because it's super easy to onboard, with a very responsive onboarding team. They respond quickly to any changes in our existing CRM stack, usually within twenty-four hours. This ensures I never have to worry about people getting the wrong messaging. It plays incredibly well with Klaviyo, which adds great value to our workflow. What do you like best about Opensend?

I absolutely love Opensend for the substantial success we've experienced, particularly in scaling our triggered flow revenue by nearly 100%. It has proven to be a tremendous investment, offering us an impressive 29X ROAS. The platform excels at helping us reach prospective customers with relevant, timely content, something that is becoming increasingly challenging with traditional campaign messaging. The onboarding process with Opensend was remarkably easy and quick; it was a seamless experience thanks to the excellent onboarding team who were very helpful in setting up our flows. I have had a fantastic experience with Opensend. Their customer service is outstanding, with team members like Jeffrey and Sergio helping to get us up and running efficiently. The onboarding process was seamless, and their team ensured everything was in place quickly, only delayed due to our IT department's tasks. The seamless integration with Klaviyo enhances the user experience, making it a valuable asset in our marketing toolbox. Moreover, Opensend's reconnect platform is incredibly effective, allowing us to identify and target anonymous users who visit our website, resulting in a higher conversion rate. The ability to target previously unreachable users has significantly increased our revenue. What do you like best about Opensend?
