## About OpenEpi
OpenEpi is free and open source software for epidemiologic statistics. It can be run from a web server or downloaded and run without a web connection. A server is not required. The programs are written in JavaScript and HTML, and should be compatible with recent Linux, Mac, and PC browsers, regardless of operating system.

**What do you like best about OpenEpi?**

the comprehensive range of statistical functions tailored specifically for epidemiological research and analysis, all freely accessible to the public. it is a valuable resource for public helth professionals, researchers, and epidemiologists who require reliable and accessible tools for analyzing health-related data.

**What do you dislike about OpenEpi?**

there are some areas or features where Ifind lacking or could be improved, i.e. Advanced Analysis Tools, User Interface, Update and Maintenance and Documentation Support. Addressing these areas could further enance the usability and effectiveness.

**What problems is OpenEpi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenEpi is helping me to determine the appopriate sample size for my studies. The plateform offers a range of statistical tests and functions for analyzing epidemiological data. it helps me in decision making in public health practice.
