Multi functional usage is the best thing in this one. Even small size business can use this one. **What do you dislike about openCRX?** I didn't notice any issues till now. Here and there some few features are missing other than that everything is really good. I would recommend other to explore this one. **What problems is openCRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Something when fetching certain information tool becomes slow. But when there is an issue, customer support immediately clears the issues so thats good one for start. ### 3. Flexible to use as per the users needs. Initial implementation is easy. **What do you dislike about openCRX?** It comes with many features that sometimes it becomes overwhelming for new users. Its challenging to integrate some of the third party applications.
