Eliminates de tedious work of copying answers from an AI running in the browser and then pasting them into my files, step by step and answer by answer. With OpenCode, I just give the instruction, and the AI does the work directly in the corresponding files. ### 2. The project is open source and keeps getting better with each release. At this point, it’s my daily driver for AI-augmented software development. **What do you dislike about opencode.ai?** I don’t have any major beefs with the application. The only thing I can think of is that it would be helpful to have a way to edit the MCP config directly within the web interface. **What problems is opencode.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I’m developing solo and not working with a team, OpenCode feels like the pair programmer I’m genuinely grateful to have alongside me. I like starting in planning mode so I can make sure all the requirements are thought through, and then switching over to build mode. That workflow is the approach I prefer. ### 3.
