I really like that it centralizes all our assets in one place and is incredibly easy for staff to use. It was simple to ramp up, and the image tagging feature makes searching much easier. I also appreciate that it connects seamlessly with other software, making integration easy across our workflows. There’s a good level of customization that allows us to optimize the system to its full potential, and the AI search function is a great bonus. OpenAsset has a lot of potential, but there are some challenges. The cost of customizing InDesign templates can be high, and the employee resume generation tool hasn’t quite met our needs.
