The UI and the system is designed well for a non-tech savvy user as well. The system helps navigate common tasks easily **What do you dislike about OpenArchive?** Since its open source, there are many aspects which needs improvement and its difficult to find resources on internet about it. **What problems is OpenArchive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us with Archiving our old data and maintain it effectively. In addition this open-source software helps us to store unlimited data storage and data can also be stored at that location for unlimited amount of time **What do you dislike about OpenArchive?** I understand that this is Open source application, but we have difficulties trying to reach out to the vendor. I also wish this had Optical character recognition, which was available in other similar applications **What problems is OpenArchive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using this application to store company policies and procedures info. In addition, we also have Job Aids for several departments stored here. This is the best application found and is cheaper as this is Open source. ### 5. Errors and Exceptions are named accordingly to different Error Code formats Would be very effective when we want to store and retrieve Meta Data related informations about actual data **What do you dislike about OpenArchive?** Price is Comparitively costlier than Share Archiever/ DefendX Since the data is in XML format there can be a security breach when retrieving data Request Response speed can be increased a bit more **What problems is OpenArchive solving and how is that benefiting you?** A Lot of Detailed Data descriptions on my organizational information maintained in open archive to effectively save and circulate within organization. It works really simple way as it uses XML data for request/response. ### 7.
