## About OpalSpan
OpalSpan is AI-driven device-support software from Ready IT ApS for technicians, IT departments and repair shops. A technician chooses the connected device, objective and authority in the OpalSpan web app; a Case is optional. Windows and Linux are tested and supported; macOS is a technical preview in active development. OpalSpan Mech investigates the device, performs authorized software work, checks the result and keeps findings and case notes together. Teams can use Mech, or let their own AI agent work through OpalSpan Agent CLI, while the technician controls and inspects the work from a desktop, tablet or phone. Hardware work, ambiguous findings and decisions outside the agreed scope stay with the technician.
