Our implementation experience was fantastic and the team has treated us as true partners for any needs that have come up since. Leveraging the technology to automate offboarding has significantly reduced the time to manage any elements of the offboarding process, minimized costs related to completing adverse impact and WARN analysis, and has reduced the administrative burden while also ensuring we remain compliant and following legal requirements.
