The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it very easy to navigate and reducing the amount of training needed internally. From a performance standpoint, claims are handled quickly and efficiently, which has improved the customer experience significantly. One improvement would be the ability to create multiple return labels for returns containing multiple items. We would also love more customization around the customer education experience at checkout. Occasionally customers do not fully realize they are purchasing Onward+, so having the ability to link a help article or additional information directly within the add-to-cart or checkout experience would help communicate the value and benefits more clearly. Having more control over refund amounts directly within the Onward portal would be extremely helpful for our team and would provide greater flexibility when handling unique customer situations and restocking fees. The best part about Onward Checkout+ is how simple it is to submit a claim. Most of our demographic has a hard time navigating the internet in general, so the straightforward claim-filing process makes it easy for us to either walk them through it or complete it on their behalf without taking up too much bandwidth. We’re currently working on a Richpanel integration, which I’m sure will make the process even more streamlined. The Onward team is also very responsive and always ready to help, no matter the issue. Since our product's consistency is very much like chocolate, we’ve always had trouble shipping during the summer and often times would be a huge loss. Onward helps cover our customers when packages arrive damaged or when the carrier loses a shipment, and it also simplifies the customer service side. Ever since we started using Onward Checkout+, I don’t have to worry about releasing our orders for fulfillment on a Friday if the weather is bad. What problems is Onward Checkout+ solving and how is that benefiting you? It lets us ship during the summer without worrying about items getting heat-damaged.
