Launched an exam, everything was green light until...it kept me in the waiting phase "we are launching your exam", which never launched.

Online support sent me to Customer service Call, which redirected me to a Ticket number. My exam which have been scheduled and paid, prepared...is cancelled and I'm left alone in my booked training room waiting for an email (date TBD) from the customer success team.

OnVUE has a plethora of examinations to choose from, it's single stop solution for acquiring industry ready certificates. It provides the ability to take exams from anywhere, eliminating the need to travel to a test center. Unprofessional and rude proctors, waste of time and money

The proctor was so rude. This is my third experience with On Vue and the second HORRIBLE experience I have had with a rude proctor. There is nothing in the instructions about not being able to move closer to your screen to see. He almost kicked me out of the exam because I was leaning in closer to my screen to see. I couldn't move my head to see other parts of my large screen. I couldn't move my head to press next. I couldn't move my head to press check for review. I couldn't my head to see how much time I had left. The proctor made the experience very stressful, and this is already a stressful experience, in which we have invested hundreds of dollars and hours in review and preparation.
