I like the ability to find public records on persons of interest. I also like the social feeds and the ability to adjust them to find the information that I need for intelligence purposes, especially with Boolean Logic, which we use at Universal Music. Those two features are great. I really like also how Ontic visualizes data for us on protective intelligence matters, breaking down our people of interest (POIs) on a regional level so our executives understand where in the United States our threats lie. Sometimes the tabs can be confusing, especially when you're trying to find a certain one. I question the organization of the tabs, as I don't find it particularly intuitive for individuals relatively new to Ontic. That being said, I don't find it to be a major hindrance to my work.
