**What do you like best about OneMob?**

I absolutely love OneMob for its ease of use and seamless setup, which makes it incredibly user-friendly and efficient to integrate into our processes. The analytics features offered by OneMob are particularly valuable as they enable us to prioritize our outreach efforts thoughtfully and intentionally, ensuring we connect with our audience more effectively. The platform stands out because it allows us to personalize our communications, transforming them into meaningful experiences that differentiate us from other vendors and competitors in our outbound sales strategy. **What do you like best about OneMob?**

OneMob is a great tool that can be used to explain complicated scenarios that come up during the mortgage underwriting process.  For example, it's one thing the tell a broker why you can't use self-employed income to qualify because it's declining by more than 25% from 2023 to 2024.  It's another thing to show the broker via a recording why you can't use self-employed income to qualify.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I wish that OneMob would provide the ability to not only share a screen, but to also drag documents, windows, etc to the shared screen.  For example, I have a lap top and two monitors.  If I am sharing my lap top, One Mob only allows me to share what's on the lap top.  If I have an appraisal on one of my monitors, OneMob will not record me dragging the appraisal from the monitor to the shared screen on lab time and be visible.

It's helping me to explain complex loan scenarios by providing a visual tool along explaining the scenario over the phone or email.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

Significantly increased my ability to engage prospects with a feature/ integration rich cadence tool that is easy to implement. 
One Mob is a very powerful tool that not only looks fantastic, the analytics you get access to makes this a major game changer.

I'd also like to add that if there are any features with percieved value that are brought to the attention of the One Mob team you can expect to see them added in the frequent updates they roll out, the team are always incredibly receptive to new ideas for their platform.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

Difficult to find dislikes to be honest, over the last few months of use I have had some challenges with what I thought were limitations however the One Mob support team showed me that the capability already existed, I just hadnt been made aware of it (for example I wanted to search the historical activity data for a particular user, I thought the tool didnt have this capability, when raised to the support team I was shown how simple this is to do.)

Ultimately improving my outreach to customers, saving time driving pipeline generation which is key for my role.
This tool has doubled the value of my self generated pipeline.

There is a lack of placement options for Buttons and Links on the website. It makes sense to keep it simple, but some more enthusiastic users would like to be able to completely design the site.

FAQ that would traditionally lead to support/troubleshooting calls w/ current customers and prospects.. OneMob allows creation of prerecorded templates and quick solution guides/walkthroughs that can be used to quickly ease painpoints without 1:1 interaction

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

I like that in my cold-contacting cadence I can insert a OneMob video in Linkedin or an email to stand out and capture some interest early on.  I especially like that after a sales meeting, I can direct my prospect to a video microsite with follow up videos and documentation and know what and how often they have reviewed the material I provided them in the microsite.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I want a user-group that shares how they use OneMob and sharing more examples.

I wish I could send a Linkedin video without a link to it.  On my side - its shows only a link in the message box, I believe that's what the prospects sees as well instead of the thumbnail of my video like inside an email.

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sell a product line of 23 software solutions for the mining industry. OneMob solves the problem of post meeting follow up with a great way to present follow up content in video or pdf format or links to websites that I can see when the prospect has watched or downloaded or shared within their company.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

I totally recommend this tool to anyone who wants to share an important message with a broad audience! I like the fact that it allows the user to watch followers' activities and gives a good insight into actions performed on the microsite, I like how easy it is to start with onemob and navigate through it.  In a glimpse, you can find your way around it.

I appreciate the tool is improving and developing, I sometimes can not catch up witch changes but this is a plus, also I am looking forward to subtitles.

It helps to spread the message across a wide audience, and it allows the creation of a microsite easily and the posting of content on social media. Helps a lot, lots of tools in one place combined.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

OneMob is a very straightforward platform, complete with a tutorial video should you need help with any of its tools. What I like best about OneMob is its ability to create microsites for yourself and/or your business. You can use these sites to send employers a snapshot of who you are and what you can do all in a very sleek and small package. In my case as an artist, I have created my microsite to advertise myself as an artist for galleries. It beautifully showcases what I am all about and gives me a unique edge over a simply email interaction. I can't recommend OneMob highly enough if you want to elevate yourself in marketing, employment, etc.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I would not say there are any downsides to OneMob. It is a tool meant to help you stand apart in the crowd. It does that. I have used its features a number of times and each time, I recieve comments about how neat, creative, and unique it was.

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a small business owner and artist. OneMob is assisting me in marketing myself and making my outreach to galleries and art centers unique in that I am able to provide them with more than a standard email. I can provide a miniature site tailored to myself, my skills, and my portfolio. I can embed video, content galleries, text, links, buttons, and more with ease. I can create as many videos or microsites as I would like to fit whatever guidelines required. I now stand apart from the crowd because of the OneMob platform.

So many things! My favorite feature is the ability to consolidate resources into a single platform that can leverage tracking data for smarter engagement of business partners and customers.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

No major downsides. Only feedback is that OneMob makes a unique link for every integrated email send which makes it extremely difficult to track activity at scale. Figured out a workaround but if they could run everything through a single link it would elevate the user experience.

It has allowed me to build my personal brand as a seller and partner but also gave me a space to pull all my resources into a single repository that customers/partners can reference when needed.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

I love the analytics and tracking that come with OneMob as I use it daily. I have been able to see what microsites, content, and messages resonate with customers the most. The ability to see what links inside the microsite the customers are clicking is effective in helping me recognize the customer's patterns. OneMob is also easy to navigate and helps save me time. The team, Sati and Mason are great in implementing trainings and feedback sessions to help improve the platform for ease of use.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

The only downside to using OneMob is the open rate for campaigns. Some open rates and activities are inflated by bots or servers that customers have in place as a security measure.

OneMob is helping me contact and target my customers as I work with warm and cold leads.

OneMob has allowed me to differentiate my customer approach and generate a detailed view of who is actually interacting with my content that I create. This allows me to be best informed and know how to best tailor my approach going forward. It's easy to use and adopt into my daily routine and create tangible perspective for me, better than traditional methods.

I have had some personal issues with importing contacts into the platform. Other than this I do not have a single bad thing to say about OneMob.

OneMob is an easy to use tool that provides video and digital content for our clients.  We use this as a training/implementation training site for each client that can be customized to each clients needs..  Even better there is a great data tracking so we know who is interacting with the videos.

Not really sure.. It works for all my needs in how we are using it..

The feature set is second to none, and the customer service that assists in maximizing the utilization of those features is very rare from my experience.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

As someone that is using the product as a prospecting tool on a 1 to 1 basis, there are a handful of things I need to use workarounds to accomplish (within the tools they offer).  But the great news is that is completely doable and I have yet to find ANY other product on the market that makes things this easy for me.

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneMob allows me to store all of my prospect's information in one place and then reach out to each one, individually, tracking the engagement and success at every touchpoint.   Not only is the product a great user experience behind the scenes for users like myself, but it also delivers a beautiful, engaging and smooth experience for my prospects in how it allows them to consume my content.

It could use some upgrades like QR code link integration.  But i dont have any dislikes

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

OneMob made it possible to give our clients information in a microsite format.  Before, we would send emails that would have multiple attachments.  Some attachments, such as videos, are too big for email.   Once the multi-media library is set up in OneMob, campaigns and individual emails can be done in a short manner.   The emails are tracked, along with what is viewed; this is great because the focus of the next meeting or phone call can be placed on what the client deems important.

Only wish we had found it much earlier !

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneMob cuts down the time of the sales process.  We know what solution the client likes by their engagement with the emails.  Also, the format is much cleaner than sending multiple emails.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

The one aspect of OneMob that continues to captivate me and help me with my book of business is the user-friendly ease of the software. It helped my engagement within my personal LinkedIn gain traction as well as aided in communicating better with my customers. It adds another layer of transparency to where they can see my personality unlike a common phone call and or email transcript.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

The only aspect I wish there was an improvement on was that it had more premade templates and themes.. a very minor upgrade.

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making it easier to talk to customers in other unique ways. Gone are the days of sending standard email campaigns or cold-calling customers. Another significant aspect is that you can put a unique and creative spin on the delivery of your message that also personalized to each end viewer.

I love that you can create a personalized landing page with your company logo and additional info about your org. Love the personalization you can do!

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I wish OneMob had tracking integrated with Salesforce or Marketo that could attribute OneMob engagement with lead scoring.

**What problems is OneMob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to OneMob, we were sending text only emails that were not as personalized or attention grabbing. After using OneMob, we were able to personalize our emails with these videos holding up a sign with a person's name on it to get their attention and make it seem much more personable!

None at this time! OneMob has all around been a great tool to use! It can be a bit of work up front, but once you have contacts / content uploaded you can plug and play!

Video can be a real differentiator – but only if you use it! OneMob makes it easy to create, send and track a video’s progress to your customer. Plus you can create a landing page to add more content for your audience.

Creating and sending videos can be a time-consuming process and if it's not intuitive it can really slow reps down.  OneMob makes it fast and easy so reps can spend more time on selling and see what results they're getting from their videos.

I have tried many other video email systems, and this is by far the best. It is user-friendly, and you can personalize your landing page in minutes. The one other element in one mob that makes it great is knowing when your potential client has seen your message.

OneMob helps me get the attention of my prospect or current customer AND share information with them beyond just the attention-getting video, and it's all tracked so I know how effective it was and also my leadership does as well.

The only downside to OneMob has nothing to do with the software. It is finding the time (and the courage) to make that first video. It will also take a bit of time, training or self-learning to learn everything the platform can do.

As "owner" of the OneMob program for a group of 2,400 Sales Represpentatives, I love OneMob for its simplicity for users, but yet robust compliance and analytical workflows to support effective program management.

To support a descentralized support structure, I wish there were more user types within the platform to support a hiearchy of admins that reflects our true set up. Admin with regional sub admins.

Traditional email and cold call methods aren’t having the same success as they used to. In addition, COVD made it challenging get the same level of engagement from prospects without being able to have to same level of face to face interaction. Video was a clear way to approach these challenges. OneMob’s platform was intuitive for users while providing the compliance workflows necessary for a big org like ours. We have definitely seen an increase in both rep and customer engagement.

What I love best about OneMob is that it is easy to use.  It's intuitive.  I'm a consultant - not a video person.  I don't have hours upon hours to figure out how to make complicated software work for me.  And even better...when I need help - there is a real person who is very patient, helping me fix any issues I have.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I haven't found anything yet.  Some of the recent enhancements have been nice to merge presentations and video.  If I do come across any, I am not shy.  I will share them with the team and I know they take feedback seriously.  If a meaningful fix, they'll do it.

The new mobile app makes this even better.  Just download it and use it.  Worth every penny!

I need to build rapport and build meaningful relationships with new clients and keep current ones.  OneMob lets me quickly do that with videos, content for social media and refine the art of connecting.  The pandemic has made us all a little hermit-like.  I'm just trying to break through and get noticed.

Nothing really. It works as advertised and as I needed.

As a speaker, I often have a committee of people picking from a large pool of speaker options, and I haven't had the chance to speak to most of them. Sending a video email allowed me to make a personal connection while explaining my program and what I could do for them in my own words. I have had more than one client tell me, "your video email was a big part of the reason we went with you." Video emails are a powerful way to stand out and connect with prospects and OneMob is super-easy way to do that!

I like that I'm able to educate my customers, engage them, and build a relationship with them remotely.  It's challenging in a virtual environment to be able to develop a relationship and build trust. OneMob makes it easier for me to develop that trust and build strategic relationships.

I'm not a huge fan of the name but the features and functionality are great.

If at first, you are uncomfortable with video, don't give up on it. It will ultimately help you be a better salesperson.

Educating and empowering customers can be difficult. OneMob allows me to provide them with the resources that they need to conveniently review data sheets, white papers, videos, and testimonials - all on a customized page which shows them that I care about them and believe in the importance of the information that I'm giving them as well as the solutions that I'm recommending.

**What do you like best about OneMob?**

This tool makes it super easy to send a video snippet to a customer or partner.  It allows you to share your screen or just your face.  You can also green screen on it, which allows greater creativity.

**What do you dislike about OneMob?**

I wish contact management was better across all browsers.  The platform is based on Chrome but sometimes getting contacts into groups is a huge PITA.  It would be cool to be able to drag an .ics file in (this functionality may exist though and I don't know about it - but last I checked you have to upload something via Excel file)

**Recommendations to others considering OneMob:**

There are quite a few video solutions.  I've used loom and bombbomb before and they're all kinda 'the same' from my functionality.  The reason I like OneMob better is because the telemetry is SO MUCH BETTER and the customization of the landing pages doesn't take in depth knowledge of .CSS files and java scripting.  You just add some buttons and it fits 99.9% of all the things we do.

We have utilized it to figure out engagement with emails and figure out how much someone actually 'reads' and interacts with a video that is sent.  No longer is it just an 'I sent them an email' - I can now see if they opened and how long they watched or read on it.  PRICELESS info.

2. Reliable and Friendly Tech Support!   They always come through.
3. Great tracking to measure actual results and success with my SF CRM tool.  OneMob and SalesForce can communicate - I don't have any extra steps.

OneMob is by far one of the best engagement tools that we utilize.  It's our go-to for an increase in engagement with prospective and current clients.  With OneMob, we can create custom and interactive content to showcase the experience that someone is buying into with us. We've seen numerous conversions from using OneMob videos in our process. We've also received tremendous customer service from the onboarding to continuous training and best practice sharing.

We haven't seen any downsides from utilizing OneMob, outside of gaining buy-in on usage initially.

Using OneMob for over seven years at two different companies, I've seen numerous benefits.  We've seen increased engagement in our sales and retention process due to OneMob being a part of the outreach. In general, we are getting more responses either way, which helps our team move on to the next lead or close down a sale.  

We've also been using OneMob from a recruiting standpoint. We've created a Career Page through OneMob and share that on all social platforms, as well as with potential candidates for open roles.  This has helped us continue to tell the story of our company and showcase what it's like to work for us.

I wish the microsite was able to integrate tools like desmos, etc similar to the way a youtube video pops up, but doesn't take the watcher to the site.
