I like how Oneflow connects with Pipedrive. When a deal passes a certain stage, we can pull information from Pipedrive into the Proposal template to create the document, which helps us track it effectively.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Oneflow has no spell check and their formatting options are horrible.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Oneflow to collect e-signatures and it integrates with Pipedrive, allowing us to pull information into templates, create documents, and track signatures.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

Oneflow has completely changed the way we handle contracts. The interactive format is a huge upgrade from static PDFs. Being able to collaborate in real-time is a game-changer. We especially love the ability to customize contracts on the fly with pricing tables for personalized packages. Plus, the user experience is clean and intuitive, even for non-technical team members. Integrations with our CRM made it easy to add it into our existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

There's a slight learning curve at first, but other than that there’s not much to dislike.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Oneflow, contract creation and signing was a fragmented process with lots of back-and-forth emails and version control issues. Now, we draft, edit, and get contracts signed in one flow. It’s reduced delays, helped us avoid missed deadlines, and improved visibility across our sales and operations teams. Having everything stored securely in one repository has also made compliance and tracking so much easier.

Bought an year license for one user and now after 2 weeks I need to pay more to get all functionalities that promised to work.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

We previously created contracts in Google Docs and shared with counterparties as PDF or Word Document attachments in emails. This led to a lot of back and forth with redlines and changes. Oneflow has simplified and improved our process by allowing us to create templates, easily edit contracts to be specific to the campaign, send via the platform, and have counterparties add comments in the platform for review. It was easy to transition to using Oneflow, and we have had minimal questions or issues. For my work, I use Oneflow basically every day.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

We do wish that users with limited access could add inline comments to the document to help with internal contract review and approval.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneflow simplifies our contract development, negotiation, and execution process. This allows us to have less back and forth with counterparties and turnaround campaigns more quickly.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

Deal flow and documentation, easy to find historic proposals and communication around them. Easy to use and the few times I have contacted support they have been quick and very good. I use OneFlow many times every day. Long time since we started but as I remember it was easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

I have problems with the integrations to Office templates et cetera, I don not find it easy to use that functionality. What I would like is a simple and easly to understand "track changes" functionality I am still converting documents to pdf and importing them. Ideally I would be able to use Word easily or there would be a "Track Changes" functionality within OneFlow, in it's own text editor. That would be helpful.

Sending out a contract with a uniform look is so easy and manageable with Oneflow.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

I like that I can changes contracts on the fly, without being held to just a simple layer over a PDF like most other competitors. Also it looks amazing and the pricing is great. 
The customer support was very quick, as we wanted an upgrade that was available for us in only a couple of minutes. We've integrated Oneflow into our Hubspot which was super easy to do. 
We've been using it for a while and won't be changing anytime soon.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

I would like to see a little bit better integration with Hubspot, having it possible to have Hubspot wiat for a signed contract and extending more in my workflows. 
Also, there's a manual fetch from Oneflow to Hubspot, which automated would be even better.
But, that's only minor.

Slightly bigger, would love to see checkboxes in front of the contracts so we can edit / delete / copy multiple contracts at thesame time. Now it's on a per contract basis

Creating custom contracts, having an easy Hubspot connection and creating automated contracts.

We use Oneflow as a HR contract tool. It is a great way to keep all contracts saved at one place. It is easy to sign documents online and keep track on signing status. 

It is easy to create templates and reuse them. It saves a lot of time for the HR team.

The support is a bit slow at times. But keeps getting better over the last couple of years.

Keeping contracts in one system. Time saving when creating new contracts using the templates created. Gatekeeping who has acces to the contracts.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

As a developer I work mostly with OneFlow via the API and have been for a few years. The fast, reliable and flexible API is great to work with.
In a few cases I've had issues (initially even found a few bugs) which were taken care of swiftly by the support and developers.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Management of certain extension, like Template Groups, is a bit cumbersome.
This too has improvede over time, but it's still an annoyance when having to change settings. 
Also the webhook feature (which works great) does not yet support all event types (like upcoming contract signature deadline).

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneFlow enables our business to automate the major part of our contract flow.
This has been a huge relief on staff and has freed up resources.

Its a very useful tool that allows us to get contracts signed and also easily store the documents. Have yet to use customer support, however I assume their use is going to be as efficient as their helpguides. Easy to implement work and save document templates. I use this most weeks.

The first use of oneflow was confusing when I didnt know where things were stored but this was easily mitigated.

I thought it would be helpful to write contracts especially with the AI features.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

The billing department is absolutely terrible. They don't take online payment which is ABSURD for 2024. I live in the US so I had to wire money to them through Western Union costing me more money. I also requested cancelation at the same time and now 7 months past the payment, they're telling me again that I have outstanding debt. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Oneflow is a great tool, which is intuitive, easy to use and allows you and your contracting party to work in the contracts simultaneously. There is no more need for sending Word documents back and forth via email, which saves time and reduces the chances for making mistakes.

Would love more memory of names and adresses when writing new agreements.

Creating and sending contracts via OneFlow is no more work than sending it manually as a PDF. This makes the threshold low to use it, and that's exactly what you want: all your contracts are always there, that's really a plus.

The product doesn't feel very professional. I'm sometimes a bit afraid that customers would prefer me to use a more well-known tool. The software could sometimes feel a bit more business-like.

Easy to connect with HubSpot, UI that is easy to work with and the support/communication with the OneFlow team is fast and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Not much dislikes on my side. I think when we encounter something that is not available or requires a workaround, the team is eager to help and come with proper solutions.

I like mostly in Oneflow that you can send contracts super easy and it's directly integrated to Hubspot which alltogether makes a great match. Workflow from Hubspot to Oneflow works great and you can upload all the important data from Hubspot to Oneflow directly.

Nothing particularly, it works pretty great altogether!

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

The overview is great, it is easy to use even for people who are not super tech-savvy, and the updates that have been added since I started using Oneflow have all been great.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

A lot of our customers want to put their signature on every page, but that is not possible. They would also like the possibility to review the document and push a button as a way to say "this look alright" before it is sent on to the next person, but that feature is not available either. Because of this, we are often forced to use another tool for signing, like AdobeSign. If you would include these features in Oneflow you would probably gain more customers than you could imagine.

Before e-signing we had to send out contracts by post... Oneflow makes a huge difference.

"I really like the UX, especially the options to label and organize contracts. Overall, the software is very intuitive to use.

The migration of contracts from our previous system requires quite a lot of manual data adjustment, and there is limited support from Oneflow.

I've been using OneFlow consistently and frequently for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with the experience so far. First of all when we just rolled it out in our agency, the onboarding and adoption period was very short - and it integarted very seamlessly with our existing flow. 
The software is very flexible, I can tweak agreements to fit exactly what I need – whether they are used for internal (like employment contracts) or external purposes (NDAs, vendor agreements). Everything is super customizable. Plus, my clients find it super easy to use, which is a big win. Overall, OneFlow’s made things way smoother for us and our clients are loving it too.
And the times i had to involve customer support (when I deleted something by accident), the help I received was swift and smooth.

Templates for emails to be sent together with the contracts can be autogenerated by OneFlow, or saving them as templates could be more intuitive - sometimes I forget to do it and end up re-writing the same thing.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

With Oneflow, i have full control over all contracts in every market and every segment that i work in. To have such a good glance at what contract need to be followed up on, reporting the results and pipeline to my peers is a breeze and the customers have an easy way of showing the contracts undependetly if they use their phone or laptop. I also love how easy it is to customize templates and contracts depending on what information is needed for that specific agreement.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

I thought it would be easy for me to integrate an API with our webpage for direct to agreement forms, but for that i needed the help from our web developers to fix. It worked by all means, but my hope was to fix everything myself.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of importing sales files from our telemarketing agency, they can have a license for Oneflow and sign the agreement directly with the customer. The old way of sales through TM is that the sales agency would send the sales file to our support team, who then send out the contract to the customer. That leaves the sales agency in the dark, since they have no clue in which they dont know is the reciever have read the agreement or not.

We didn’t have a contract management solution in place, so keeping track of renewals and finding where contracts were stored was a hassle. I especially love the email reminder feature when contracts are expiring or coming up for renewal. Oneflow has made contract management a breeze!

The fact that you can connect to Hubspot and that you can make changes after the document has been sent.

I don't like how complicated it is to sometimes find things, like templates vs documents. Why are they not in the same place? I don't like that I can not see that a document, after it has been altered, has been sent or not been sent to all participants with an alteration notifaction (if it gets sent, why am I myself not in CC) - if it does not get sent automatically, why not? It is important for all participants to be aware of a change. I wish that the connection with Hubspot was both ways, as in, you could create the document from both places and connect it to the database in Hubspot.

Re-doing documents when alterations are needed. Fast signing of documents, integration with Hubspot to see all finance documents and facts in one place. Easy sharing of documents with people working remotly all over the world

Oneflow is the best Esigning platform I have used (previously Docusign & HelloSign) 

It is simple, easy to use , looks modern and impressive and most importanty, the support team, sales team and account managemebnt team are all super nice. 

The integration with our other systems like Teamtailor is very good. 

The whole system was up and running very fast. 
Even our sales team now use oneflow when they heard from HR how impressed we are and how often we use it - more often and for more jobs than initially thought.

Unable to add witness signatories according to some UK contract law.

When I signed up the contract I only needed one seat but their sales person offered me two seat for the price of one for the first year to then revisit if we need two or not at the end of the twelve months. I felt I didn't need it but I agreed as she said it in a way that it wouldn't be a problem to downgrade later on. 
Of course I forgot to cancel that seat (which we don't need) but the contract got automatically renewed and their support refuses to downgrade our plan.

Collaboration in the platform with signatories is very easy, editing contracts, adding reviewers etc

The platform is easy to use and understand with various options to design agreements and contracts for your customers

Implementing the platform is easy as well and the HubSpot integration allows for direct connection between your HubSpot platform and OneFlow

We use OneFlow on a daily basis for agreements and it allows for all our contracts to be signed quickly and efficiently

If there are issues, Customer Support is easily accessible. As our company is based in the US it does take until the following day to get support if you reach out in the afternoon, but there is always a response in my inbox first thing in the morning

OneFlow is also at a much better price point than DocuSign or similar platforms with the same functionality

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

OneFlow lacks the ability to add text fields over PDFs that exist in platforms like DocuSign

Currently the trigger mechanisms that can exist with a Zapier or directly with HubSpot are a little cumbersome as it doesn't have the workflow triggers or ease of use with Zapier that DocuSign has

Allowing us to send and receive agreements at a low price point compared to other platforms, while allowing our team to create appealing agreements for end users

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

oneflow lets you customize your forms exactly how you want them to be.
The chat with the costumers is really good.
Super easy to change the forms even after they have been sent out, the customer writes in the chat what needs to be changed and it takes 1 second to do it.

Before Oneflow I used adobe and then it was more difficult to keep track of which forms were not signed after a certain time, here you can set dates and are constantly reminded and the customer receives notices too.

I use Onfelow everyday and its so convenient and get full rating from me!
