It was easy to log in and schedule deliveries with our customer. The only issues I had were with the customers schedule and not the site. It was easy to submit invoices for payment as well. I would have to call or email them separately. The collections side of One Network wasn't good. They would send monthly invoices to use their platform but then would miss an entire quarter. The IBP and execution solution provides services in different sectors such as Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Sales too with the help of which we are able to track loopholes in our sales pipeline and were able to rectify it. By implementing IBP in our organisation, we were able to simpligy our supply chain and currently generating more revenue at a percentage of 30% and that is a remarkable achievement for any company on Year on Year basis.
