Pricing structure is unclear - we have hundred to thousands of products and it has been difficult to get good budget cost estimates for different scenarios of epd publication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find One Click LCA incredibly user-friendly, especially for conducting Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for aggregate products at Destia. Its ease of use makes a complex task relatively simple, which is a huge plus for my workflow. Additionally, I appreciate how straightforward the reporting is, with datapoints being easy to locate, which greatly enhances efficiency. I am particularly impressed by the introductory guides which make getting started less daunting, and the numerous interesting events they host, adding value through ongoing engagement and learning opportunities. The software's enormous data pool is a standout feature that is unmatched in the building industry, making it an indispensable tool for industry-related projects. It is clear, convenient, and tailored specifically for the building sector, which ensures that it meets my specific needs. Although I seek faster support than the current email system, the fact that there is a structured support system is still reassuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the support system to be lacking in promptness, as getting help faster would be more efficient than the current method of emailing. The structure involving main users and licensed users can be confusing and sometimes creates a bottleneck when a main user, who might not actively work with EPDs, needs to add data points to our pool. Additionally, I believe the data pools could be expanded, and the user guide could be more comprehensive to provide deeper insights and help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
